Kid Growth Lab ("KGL," "we," "us") is based in San Jose, California, USA. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you make a purchase: Payment is processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We receive your name, email address, and order details from Lemon Squeezy — we do not receive or store your card number or other payment credentials.
When you sign up for our email list: If you subscribe to updates or a free resource, we collect your email address (and name, if provided) through Kit, our email service provider.
When you use our products: Our products are delivered as Notion templates that you duplicate into your own Notion workspace. We do not track your activity inside your duplicated copy.
Automatically, from our website: Like most websites, our site may collect basic technical information (browser type, pages visited) via standard hosting and analytics tools.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.
Kid Growth Lab's content is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Our products are designed to be used with a parent's own AI tool accounts (e.g. Claude, Gemini), which have their own age requirements and privacy terms.
We retain purchase and email records for as long as needed to provide support, meet legal/tax obligations, and maintain our email list — or until you ask us to delete your information.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@thekidgrowthlab.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
