Because Kid Growth Lab products provide immediate access to digital content, all sales are final once access has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after access is provided.

If you experience any of the following, contact us and we will work to resolve it:

• A duplicate or accidental charge
• A billing error
• A technical issue that prevented you from receiving or accessing your purchase

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
