Kid Growth Lab ("KGL," "we," "us") is based in San Jose, California, USA. Contact: hello@thekidgrowthlab.com.
KGL sells digital, one-time-purchase products (the "AI Learning Lab" prompt library, in three tiers: Essentials, Pro, Family). Each product is delivered as a Notion template that the customer duplicates into their own workspace immediately after purchase. Products are fulfilled instantly and require no manual action or customization on our part.
Current pricing:
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases; prices do not change retroactively for past purchasers.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, and receipts. KGL does not receive or store your payment card details.
Upon successful payment, the customer receives a link to duplicate their own copy of the relevant Notion template. Delivery is instant and automatic. It is the customer's responsibility to have an active Notion account (free tier is sufficient) to receive their purchase.

Products are static after purchase. Major content updates are released as clearly labeled new versions (e.g. "v2"), announced via email to existing purchasers with a fresh duplicate link. Updating does not alter a customer's existing duplicated copy. Your purchase includes corrections and minor improvements to the edition you purchased; major new collections or future KGL products may be sold separately.
Notion templates are licensed for personal, household use only. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of the prompt content is not permitted.
AI Learning Lab activities are designed for use with third-party AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini). Access to those tools is separate from your KGL purchase and subject to their own pricing, plans, and terms. KGL is not affiliated with Anthropic or Google.
KGL's content is for educational purposes only and is not medical care, therapy, professional tutoring, or a replacement for parental judgment. Always use your own judgment regarding what's appropriate for your child.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
